Before-Sales Service:

1.  We will offer 7*24hours contact for clients and offer the correct layout and diagram according customer’s shed.

2.  The on-site measurement service will be offered upon the buyer’s request.

3. Design,manufacture and deliver the complete acid etched glass production line.

4. Ensure timely communication and project updates.

After-Sales Service:

1.  We will depute the qualified and experienced engineers to the Buyer’s site to provide supervision for the installation, commissioning, and initial training of the Buyer’s personnel on the operation and maintenance of the Acid Etched Glass Production Line.

2.  Provision of technical support via phone, email, or video conference for troubleshooting.

3.  On-site support for major repairs or upgrades upon request, subject to separate commercial agreement.

4.  Availability of spare parts for a minimum of ten (10) years from the date of Acceptance Certificate.

5.  Periodic performance review and maintenance recommendations.

6.  The Seller is obliged, after obtaining the acceptance certificate, to provide technicians for 30 days—upon the Buyer’s request—to train the Buyer’s staff in production techniques. this period can be extended up to one year.

7.  We will provides a comprehensive warranty for the Acid Etched Glass Production Line for a period of one (1) year. This warranty period shall commence from the date of the issuance of the Acceptance Certificate.

8. Long-Term Support: In addition to the initial warranty, the Seller commits to providing long-term technical support for the Acid Etched Glass
Production Line.   This includes offering advice on operational issues, troubleshooting, and upgrades.   The Seller also guarantees the availability of spare
parts for the Acid Etched Glass Production Line for a minimum period of ten (10) years from the date of the Acceptance Certificate, ensuring the
sustained operation and maintenance of the equipment.
